Articles
Articles overview
What's on the Articles list — the counters, each row, article statuses and how a topic becomes a published post.
Every article Clodix has written for your site lives here — drafts waiting for you, articles queued to publish themselves, and everything already live.

The counters
- Total articles — everything ever generated for this site.
- Drafts — everything not yet published, including articles waiting for their publish day.
- Published — live on your site right now.
What a row shows
- A small cover thumbnail, or a placeholder icon when the article has none yet.
- The title — click anywhere on the row to open it in the editor.
- A status pill (see below) and the article's planned date.
- The word count and the SEO score ring.
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Written and scored, waiting for you to review and publish it. |
| Scheduled | Written and queued — it will publish itself on its planned day. Only possible when Brand DNA → Autopilot → Publish articles automatically is on and a publishing integration is connected. |
| Published | Live on your site. |
An article is born a Draft unless auto-publish is on, in which case it goes straight to Scheduled. From there:
- Draft → Published — you click Publish in the editor.
- Scheduled → Published — Clodix publishes it on its planned day by itself.
- Scheduled → Draft — your site refused the publish and every retry failed; see Publishing problems.
- Published → Draft — you click Unpublish.
Empty state
With nothing generated yet, the page shows No articles yet with a shortcut to the calendar, where every article starts out as a planned topic.
