Troubleshooting

Error messages and what they mean

A lookup of the exact error and warning messages Clodix shows — signing in, billing and credits, site setup, article generation, publishing, Search Console and Bing, and emails — with what each means and what to do.

Find the message you see — press Ctrl+F (⌘F on a Mac) and paste a few words of it. Each entry gives the text as Clodix shows it, what it means and what to do. Where a message contains something specific to you (a web address, a store name, a number) it is shown here as "…".

If your message isn't here, or the steps don't help, write to support@clodix.ai (or press Send to support in the assistant chat) and include the exact text you saw, your site address and the page you were on. See Contact support.
