Schedule, move and remove topics

Generate Now, Remove, scheduling an empty day, dragging topics, and scheduling from Keywords.

How to act on a planned topic, fill an empty day, and move things around your calendar.

Generate Now and Remove

Click a Planned day to open its "Scheduled Article" popup. It shows the keyword, its difficulty, estimated traffic, and the credit cost. From there:

  • Generate Now — starts writing the article right away. This is the only thing on the calendar that spends credit, and only this button spends it — opening the popup to look never does.
  • Remove — takes the topic off your calendar for good, freeing the day. This doesn't refund anything, because nothing was spent yet.
  • Close — closes the popup without changing anything.

Schedule a topic on an empty day

Click any empty day today or later to open "Schedule Article". Pick a keyword from the list (each row shows its difficulty and estimated traffic) and press Schedule Article to place it on that day. If the day has autopilot filling it automatically, you'll see "Clodix has this covered" first — choose Schedule Myself there to reach the same keyword picker.

If the list reads "No unscheduled keywords left — everything is planned", every keyword you currently have is already on the calendar; see Keywords to find more.

Move a topic by dragging

Drag a Planned day onto a different empty future day to reschedule it — drop it, and it moves. You can only drag planned topics (not days that are already generating or written), and you can only drop onto an empty day: the calendar enforces one topic per day, so an occupied day simply isn't a valid drop target.

Scheduling from the Keywords page

You can also schedule a topic from Keywords instead of the calendar: find a keyword marked "Opportunity", and press its row action to add it to your calendar on the next available day.

FAQ

I clicked Generate Now by accident. Can I undo it?

Not once generation has started — the credit is spent as soon as the job begins. If the result isn't what you wanted, you can still edit or delete the article afterward from the editor.

Why can't I drag a topic onto that day?

Only empty days accept a drop — a day that already holds an article or another planned topic isn't a valid target, since the calendar allows one topic per day.

Does removing a planned topic refund anything?

There's nothing to refund — a planned topic hasn't spent credit yet. Only Generate Now spends it.
