What the SEO Level popup shows, how you earn points, and what each growth stage unlocks.
Your SEO Level is one number that sums up the real work going into your site — writing, publishing, connecting channels, and fixing what Site Health finds. It climbs every time you do something that actually moves your SEO forward.
Opening it
Click the Lv N badge in the top bar, or the SEO Level tile on the dashboard — both open the same popup.
What's inside
- Your level and progress bar — points banked in the current level, and how many more you need for the next one.
- Total points and your current day streak, plus "+N today" when something was just earned.
- Latest points — the most recent thing you earned points for, with a link to the full history and every rule behind it.
- What your level unlocks — the five-stage growth ladder.
How you earn points

What your level unlocks
Five stages, unlocked as your level rises:

| Crawling | 1 | Google and AI assistants are discovering your content — nothing visible yet, and that's normal. |
| Indexing | 4 | Pages start appearing in Google's index and AI search results; impressions begin showing. |
| Ranking | 8 | Articles start competing for positions; rankings fluctuate while Google tests your content. |
| Gaining | 16 | Rankings stabilize and clicks increase — consistent publishing starts paying off. |
| Rank #1 | 24 | Traffic compounds from Google and AI assistants; every article adds to your authority. |
FAQ
Is my SEO Level the same as my actual Google ranking?
No — it's a progress score for the work you put into Clodix (publishing, connecting channels, fixing site issues). Your real ranking is on Analytics, once Search Console is connected.
Why didn't my level change today even though I was active?
Some actions are undated (like turning on autopilot once), so they count toward your total but won't show in "earned today." Check "How you earn points" for what's next.
